Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Lumen Drift (the “App”), published by LumenGuardian (“we”, “us”), handles information. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not require an account and do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number. There is no sign‑in or registration.

Your game progress — including your best distance, your Stardust and Star Fragment balances, which swarm skins you own and have equipped, and your sound setting — is stored only on your device (in local browser/app storage). It is not transmitted to us, and we cannot access it. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data removes this information.

2. Third‑party services

The App uses the following third‑party services, which may collect and process data under their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — used to show optional rewarded video ads. To serve and measure ads (including personalized ads where applicable), AdMob and Google may collect and process information such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, general location, and ad‑interaction data. See Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
• Google Play Billing and the Apple App Store — used to process optional in‑app purchases (Star Fragment packs). All payment processing is handled by Google Play or Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — used to understand how the App is used and to keep it stable. Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage and event data (for example, sessions started, screens or features used, and general device and app information such as device model, operating‑system version, and country) to help us improve gameplay. Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports and related diagnostic data (such as device state, OS version, and the app’s state at the time of a crash) so we can find and fix problems. This information is not used to identify you personally and is processed under Firebase’s Privacy and Security terms and Google’s Privacy Policy.
• Google Play services may be used by the services above to function.

Aside from the Google Firebase services described above, we do not use any separate analytics or tracking service of our own.

3. Advertising ID and your choices

On Android, ads may use your device’s advertising identifier. You can reset this identifier or opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

On iPhone and iPad, the App does not ask for permission to track you, so its ads do not receive your device’s advertising identifier. You can review tracking permissions for all apps in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will address it.

5. Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell your personal information. Information processed by the third‑party services listed above is handled according to their respective privacy policies.

6. Data retention

Because game progress is stored only on your device, it remains until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. We do not maintain any server‑side account or personal data about you.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
